We're passionate about the quality of the Dice Journal and the positive impact it can have on your life. If you buy one and it's not for you, you can return it with a full product refund.
Before we get the ball rolling, please make sure of the following, otherwise, the product(s) will be sent back to you and will not be refunded:
- The return is sent back to us within 100 days of the order date
- The product is unused and undamaged
- All labels/tags are still attached to the product
How do I return my order?
- Email us to support@dicejournal.com
- Include your name and order number
- Tell us why you would like to return the product(s)
Note that a partial refund of your order is not possible. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@dicejournal.com.
