The Dice Journal is not a regular planner. It's for those who want to pave a structured path toward achieving a meaningful goal — a dream you've always wanted to achieve, no matter how big it is. Shipping

Our delivery time can vary slightly depending on your location. Included in the below estimate is the processing time of up to 3 business days that our warehouse requires to process, pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipping.

We do! At the moment, we ship to most countries within the EU, to the USA, Canada, Switzerland, and Norway. And we are constantly working on growing our shipping network. If you are unable to check out, it means that we do not ship to your country. 

In that case, you can try to find a freight forwarder that offers to ship to your region. However, note that if you choose to place an order using a freight forwarder or third-party international shipping service for packages to arrive in a country where we currently do not ship to, we will not be able to guarantee that any goods in your order will arrive properly, on time, or without potential damage. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items delivering to a freight forwarder or shipment locations other than our approved list of destinations.

When an order is placed on our website, we immediately begin processing it to ensure prompt delivery. We’re unable to change an order, including delivery address, once it’s submitted. However, the address can be changed by notifying the courier who will call you on the delivery date to coordinate the address and time of arrival.

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please reach out to hello@dicejournal.com with your name, surname, and order number, as well as a photo of your damaged item within 48 hours of receiving your product. Our customer service team will review it and get back to you.

Returns & Refunds

We're passionate about the quality of the Dice Journal and the positive impact it can have on your life. If you buy one and it's not for you, you can return it with a full product refund. 

Before we get the ball rolling, please make sure of the following, otherwise, the product(s) will be sent back to you and will not be refunded:

⬩The return is sent back to us within 100 days of the order date

⬩The product is unused and undamaged 

⬩All labels/tags are still attached to the product

Note that a partial refund of your order is not possible. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, and all shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
